Our menu is focused on bright, bold flavors to align with the soft acidity and layered flavors of Yeast of Eden beers. Sweet, spicy, savory & umami – combined with dry, tart & often very effervescent beers, we aim to make your entire palate dance over the course the meal. The result is a global, street food-inspired menu with Southeast Asian & Latin American influence. Chef Stephen Paulson, formerly of Ba Bar & Elysian Fields in Seattle, has curated a menu specifically designed to pair with mixed fermentation beers.
